Torres Law was founded by Osvaldo “Ozzie” Torres, a veteran of nationally recognized New York law firms. Before establishing Torres Law, Ozzie practiced at Greenberg Traurig in Miami and Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York, two of the nation’s most respected corporate and securities practices. He also served as General Counsel to Telemundo Group, Inc. and HBO Latin America Group — positions that gave him a rare in-house perspective on what sophisticated clients truly need from outside counsel.

That combination of large-firm technical rigor and executive-level business judgment is what defines Torres Law. Located in Fort Lauderdale, the firm handles matters nationally and internationally, with clients ranging from startup ventures to established public companies, regional EB-5 centers, real estate developers, and multinational investors.

Our practice is deliberately focused. We concentrate exclusively on securities offerings, corporate and business law, commercial finance, and related transactional matters.
