Ozzie Torres brings more than thirty-five years of sophisticated transactional experience to every client engagement. A veteran of some of the nation's most prestigious law firms — including Greenberg Traurig in Miami and Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York — Ozzie also served as General Counsel to Telemundo Group, Inc. and HBO Latin America Group, giving him a rare inside perspective on the business and legal challenges facing complex enterprises. He founded Torres Law to deliver that caliber of counsel directly to clients who deserve it, without the overhead and bureaucracy of a megafirm. Ozzie holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards, an AVVO Rating of 10.0, and has been recognized for his EB-5 practice among the top 15 programs in the United States. He currently serves as Editorial Committee Chair of the IIUSA Regional Center Business Journal, the leading industry publication for the EB-5 investment immigration program.

William Cornelius supports the firm's corporate and securities practice, working alongside Ozzie Torres on private placements, M&A transactions, and general corporate matters. His background includes extensive work on business formation, operating agreements, and the full suite of documents required for Regulation D offerings. William's attention to detail and facility with complex transaction documentation make him an integral part of the Torres Law team. He also serves on the IIUSA Editorial Committee for the Regional Center Business Journal.

Nathalie Perez Vargas graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate and business law. At Torres Law, she focuses on securities offerings, corporate governance, and transactional support across the firm's practice areas. Her academic distinction, analytical rigor, and commitment to client service make her a valued member of the team.

Beatriz Toledo brings PMP certification and a background in international law and business to her role as Chief Project Manager at Torres Law. She oversees the coordination of complex, multi-party transactions — ensuring that timelines are met, documents are tracked, and all parties are aligned throughout the deal process. Her organizational expertise is particularly valuable in EB-5 matters, which involve multiple regulatory agencies, investors, and transaction counterparties. Bea is the operational backbone that allows the firm to deliver on its commitments.

Carla Luiz manages the day-to-day operations of Torres Law, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the firm's standards of responsiveness and professionalism. From scheduling consultations to coordinating communications, Carla is often the first point of contact for clients and sets the tone for the firm's commitment to service. Her extensive administrative experience and dedication to client relations keep the firm running smoothly so attorneys can focus on delivering results.
