We are a South Florida law firm with over 30 years of corporate and securities law experience. Our principal has worked at several large, nationally-recognized law firms (including Greenberg Traurig in Miami and Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York City) and as in-house General Counsel to the then publicly-traded Telemundo Group, Inc. and HBO Latin America Group. We offer our clients large-firm know-how and quality with the intimate benefits of a smaller firm. Our clients can expect superior service with a one-on-one, client-lawyer relationship for a reasonable fee. We will never waste your time on matters we cannot handle efficiently and effectively. Our practice mainly focuses on corporate and securities work. We never venture into any law matter that is not in our wheelhouse. Osvaldo Torres, Esq.
Osvaldo F. Torres, Esq. (“Ozzie”) is a 1987 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Penn Law Forum. He is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. For over 30 years Mr. Torres has focused on assisting clients negotiate and effect complex corporate transactions, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other sophisticated deals.
R. William Cornelius, Esq.
Mr. Cornelius is an Associate Attorney at Torres Law, P.A., and currently works on general corporate matters as well as offering documents for private placements and EB-5 investments. Mr. Cornelius is a 2014 graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, and is a member of the Florida Bar.Awards & Recognition
